Yes. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot void your factory warranty simply because an independent shop did the maintenance. What matters is that the work is done to specification, with the right parts and fluids, and documented. We keep records and report service to Carfax, so the history follows the car.
The pattern we see most is automatic transmission fluid service — hondas are particular about fluid type and about being serviced on schedule rather than "sealed for life." We use the specified fluid and do drain-and-fills rather than pressure flushes. Every make has its own list, and knowing yours in advance is the difference between maintenance and a breakdown.
We use OE or equivalent-quality parts appropriate to the job and to how long you plan to keep the car. Where an aftermarket part is genuinely as good we will say so and save you money; where the OE part is the only one worth fitting we will say that too. Either way the repair carries 48 months or 50,000 miles.
